claiming that their states' early voting rules are unconstitutional in that they "confuse minority voters."

I'm confused.

I thought the argument FOR early voting was that it made it easier for minorities and the elderly to vote, because it expanded access to the voting booth.

Now they're claiming the opposite, that it confuses minority voters?

It’s not about making sense, it’s about draining enemy resources. Doesn’t matter whether the cases are thrown out in short order, his enemies have to expend time & resources combating the charges.

The Right keeps falling into the trap of engaging in polite rational discussion with an opponent who has already moved on to the next battle.
