Its my understanding of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and current Dept of Defense regulations that active duty military personnel may not march in any parade in uniform including parades for July 4th, Memorial Day etc.
That is not up to any base Commander.
That said, anyone that would so defile the Uniform by marching in a pervert parade should be arrested by Military Police, Court Martialed and Dishonorably Discharged

and besides this obamey/panetta ruling, any homosexual who thinks himself to be of character and patriotism will NOT march in this stinking exhibition as a sign of good faith....
