I think you have to pick your battles.

• Complaints to the Feds that are under Obama's direction are going nowhere.
• The House could impeach but the democrat Senate will acquit.
• And there's an election coming that will likely end the Obama nightmare and start the Romney one in just 4 months.

Sheriff Joe has done the country an important service.

• By launching and completing an official law enforcement investigation, he has won an important battle. The claims of fraud now have added credibility.
• He has increased visibility for the issue. FoxNews carried the story Fox News

• drudge has reported it.

Sheriff Joe also brought national attention to Hawaii's birth certificate mills that undermine national immigration laws.

• This administration probably won't do anything, since Obama owes his existence to those laws. But the next one might.
• And the house likely won't do anything either until after the election, if only because the senate and Obama will kill it, so it will be a wasted effort.
