When all you can say about Perry is that he is in the game for Perry, we may want to look at why Obama thinks he can turn Texas into a battle ground state. Maybe Rick heard the Democrats would like him back as state chairman.

Perry is probably pi$$3d that Dewboy is struggling. IIRC, the Gov, LTGOV and Speaker of the House all had to agree on the grants Texas gave to political supporters.
