In my mind Mark Hamill will forever be young Luke Skywalker because he rarely did films after Star Wars. He has done dozens of voices over the years for animated features, primarily the voice of villains.
Mark Harmon, People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1986, has been in film (Presidio perhaps the best "A" list film and Summer School his most memorable with a starring role), TV shows (St. Elsewhere, Chicago Hope, Moonlighting, West Wing, the list goes on and on) and made for TV movies pretty much none stop since the mid-80s. 20 million people watch him every week on the U.S.'s most watched TV drama NCIS. NCIS starts it's 10th season in September.
I have no first hand knowledge, but Harmon seems fairly conservative as Hollywood types go. Whatever his political beliefs, he wisely keeps his mouth shut instead of trying to push his views on his fans.
As a 16-year-old, I was smitten by Mark Hamill when I first saw him on the big screen in Star Wars, but Mark Harmon has endured. Harmon is still a fine looking man, and in a very respected position in Hollywood these days.
The Presidio is a very good, I would say great movie.
Great scenery shown with very good camera work. And a very good story. One of Sean Connery's better movies in my opinion.
