Ma Deuce is "overkill". You don't need armor piercing capability. The MG-42/59 has a faster cyclic rate enabling you to mow down more perps per minute.
Why not both? MG42 for anti-personnel duties and the M2HB in case some of the perps are so heavily blinged up that the MG42 rounds bounce off their gold chains and gold teef.
