Heck, I've had Rxs for Ambien CR 10mg & 12.5mg for 2½-yrs, and although I don't take it anymore, the Drs keep refilling my scrips. I must now have 700-800 stockpiled in the freezer (w/silica gel), and the stuff's dirt cheap. It works. I've never had those bizarre episodes of cooking/sleepwalking/driving etc, and since I don't drink, it's never a problem if I take one occasionally. It'll be a great barter item if SHTF.
