The microfilm is less subject to manipulation because it represents the documents that were held at the time. It is done chronologically and sequentially. Hard to go back and insert something afterwards. The so called orginals can be manipulated, added or deleted.
Ms Fukino who saw the documents said they were half hand written. It sounds like there were lots of changes and affadavits. The composite produced by the WH is a compilation of information in electronic format. Someone other than Hawaii created it.
My understanding of the microfiche is that the reel Obama would’ve been on is missing.
Yes, I know because as I posted here back when all this came up I was a clerk who mircofilmed vital statistic records back when there was a government grant to states to put such records onto microfilm in order protect the originals from being damaged and to cut down on big books taking up space within the public areas.
What I’m saying is the roll of microfilm can be manipulated. It’s way too easy to splice in new film with whatever information you might want. It is not the primary source but a secondary source at best. Joe can look at the mircofilm to verify if the rag Hussein waved in front of the cameras is the same but it won’t get him any closer to what is on the original paper record from the hospital.
