We know Obama was a foreign national when he arrived in Hawaii in 1971 because he was taken into Federal custody as an Unaccompanied Minor. If he were a U.S. Citizen, he would have put in State-based child services custody. Only children with foreign citizenship are placed in the Federal Foster care program.

Is this information well known? I've never seen it before.

As a matter of policy to combat child trafficking, ICE takes Unaccompanied Minor Children with foreign nationality at border crossings into Federal protective custody. Unaccompanied Minor Children with U.S. Citizenship are placed in the custody of state-based child services or local law enforcement to attend to abandoned children.

I googled this theory and watched as others pushed SvenMagnussen for link supporting federal custody idea and always Sven drops out of the discussion before proof is delivered. Notice too that the custody characters will then be conveniently based in Connecticut and these nice custody people apply for a SS card from their office in Connecticut therein proving Obama is using his own Connecticut SS number.
