Indeed it is very strange. Why have we not even heard there were charges or an investigation?

This one has been in the news, but not much. It makes you wonder how much weird stuff this guy got away with prior to this. Also 20 months getting caught red handed in a huge criminal conspiracy stinks. He should have gotten 5 years minimum.
