It’s 94 here now. Our electric went from $180 to $290 to $424 during this heat wave.

And have I mentioned that our lawn is deceased? Our lawn is deceased.

Some of our trees are losing leaves too.

We were very fortunate to have a ten minute downpour yesterday. With this heat and without much rain, it can be dangerous because of the chance of fire.

We never water the lawn or gardens, unless we've newly planted, or unless it's our herbs, vegetables or flowers in planters.
