Not true. The language was worded to avoid stating that they verified the birth certificate. Go back and reread what was actually said. They verified that the information on the copy of the certificate supplied by Arizona matched the information in their databases.
They never said that the document itself matched any document in their archives. Only the information - not the document.
They're playing fast and loose with the words.
