The prosecuter may have come to the conclusion that they will lose the case. Consequently they are trying to get the charges dropped in a way that will make it look like “the guilty guy got off scott free only because of loopholes” or something like that. Loopholes isn’t the right word, I can’t think of the right one.

Well, the lefties are now shreiking that he be charged with rape along with murder. According to them she said it, therefore it’s true. Zimmerman doesn’t have a prayer of a fair trial ANYWHERE in the U.S.
