If I am reading this right, there is only a two year age difference between Zimmerman and "witness #9".

That would mean if the girl was 6 years old, then Zimmerman was 8 years old.

Don’t confuse the Miami media with these facts...I just saw one tv station report that Zim is basically a child molester without ANY REFERENCE to their respective ages.

There have been several actions by this prosecutor which are to say the least unusual and (if she had any intention of winning the case) stupid. The first is going after a murder charge instead of the more plausible voluntary manslaughter. Now the release, pre-trial, of the accused’s recorded (legally?) private phone calls from jail. If this case was a ship I’d say the captain was trying to scuttle her.
