Jindal is ineligible per Article II of the Constitution....why do we have to keep pointing this out?
Natural Born Citizen = Born in a country to parents who are it’s citizens. Bobby’s parents were here on a student visa from India.....not eligible, just like Rubio.....Pay attention this time folks.
Note that under the 14th Amendment both Jindal and Rubio are born citizens with no need to naturalize, though they were included when their oparents naturalized, so they are double covered as citizens. In any case not Natural Born Citizens.
And exactly how would your NBC definition get enforced?
A court will never agree the hear the case.
Congress will never take action.
98% of Americans don’t agree with your definition.
As a practical matter, how would you enforce your definition—exactly how?
The only problem that Jindal has that too many people think you are right.

Nowhere in Madisons Notes, can I find a definition of Natural-born.Gouverneur Morris objected several times to allowing foreigners to be officers of the United States, but it was always in the context of persons whose loyalty was to their place of origin. From what I can gather, probably Morris got the word introduced as he was the pensman of the document, a rhetorical flourish someone like his WE THE PEOPLE.
Neither Jindhal nor Rubio was born abroad, and their parents cut all their ties to their homes and were naturalized according to our laws. Neither man has foreign attachments. Indeed, ironically each man seems more attached to our laws and customs than the President. Nor are they anchor babies, since the same seems to be true of their parents. I dont know if Obamas mother did or did not alienate her son, but his attachment to this country seems slight. Which does arouse suspicion about two very loyal Americans.
