Thanks Hojczyk.
...in an embarrassing and bizarre shootout between the disgraced former NY Attorney General and CNBC's Maria Bartiromo... the former purchaser of high-priced prostitutes launched a personally motivated prosecution against former AIG chief Hank Greenberg. Of the eight charges Spitzer brought against Greenberg, six have been dropped, with the last two in the process of being dismissed, according to Greenberg's lawyer. Still, throughout the interview Spitzer alleged numerous times that Greenberg engaged in "fraud," ..."You can't say 'fraudulent' because there's no indictment. You can't just throw around the word 'fraud,'" challenged CNBC reporter Maria Bartiromo... just when it seemed Spitzer couldn't appear any more pathetic... put in a plug for a TV show he apparently hosts on that ratings juggernaut... Current TV.
Spitzer should spend the rest of his sorry-assed life either in court, or in prison. Y'know, since there's no death penalty in NY state.

While what Spitzer was highly embarrassing and disgraceful to the office he held, he did NOT commit a capital offense. So your alleged lack of a death penalty in NY State (not sure if there is a never-used death penalty on the books) is not relevant to him. FWIW, BTW, some of his flings with whores occurred in other jurisdictions.

Let him stay in the public eye and continue to make a fool of himself.
