Still a lovely lady at 95! Always admired her! May she rest in peace...

One of my favorite roles she played in film was as Aunt Polly in “Tom Sawyer”! This one came out in late 60s-early 1970s, and starred young Johnny Whittiker (”Family Affair”)(sp?), and a very young Jodie Foster!

Also, I seem to remember that she played the Fairy Godmother in Rogers and Hammerstein’s (1967-68 version)”Cinderella”. That’s another one I enjoyed watching her in! I also remember her playing Ted Danson’s mom in “Three Men And A Baby”, and the grandma character in tv’s “Promised Land” some years back!

You named a few very classy women...the Mooch on the other hand, is just that, a mooch. Bo (short for barack oboma) the dog has more class than these two.

Yep. Good movie, but you left out Louis Armstrong and his All Stars. I knew those guys way back when. That bus would be parked outside the Riviera Ballroom in Lake Geneva, WI during their shows. I met Trummy & Ed Hall during a break my first time there, and they introduced me to Louis. Through 3 more years they always had time for me, a young kid.
