Both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law lost their homes in the Joplin tornado. We were down there a few months ago to help them move to a new home. In spite of all Obama’s promises, there has been little to no help from the Feds. Joplin still needs tons of help. It’s quite sad.
He was there at the end of May for the high school graduation (which they had to change to a different day to accommodate his schedule). Most of the locals said it was nothing but a press/photo op for him. Needless to say, they are feeling quite bitter about it.
This wreaks of no leadership skills at all!! We need the RNC to run spots on this. Its a no brainer and a sure win for our side.
