The limp-wristed, Euro, Nancy Boys will be in a swoon when they see these togs - especially the berets.

The look is so appropriate for a time when we have a certified pansy in the White House, queers playing “Let’s Get Married!” and the federal government promoting open faggotry in the military.

Face it, they are sad in an 80’s kind of way.

Nice. Me likely. Ralph Lauren has always been the quintessential American designer. Anyone who has an issue with this needs to get a life.

Why isn’t the girl double breasted?

The Eurotrash audience is primarily interested in double breasted men.

This look is very Amercian. It’s a standard Ralph Lauren look who is the essence of an American designer. He’s one of the few straight male designers and was born and raised in the Bronx. Manly enough for you? sheesh

In a time when most US flags and even US passports are made in China, it's purely grandstanding for any politician to start screeching about the sourcing of 2012 Olympic uniforms.

Where were these @holes when the domestic textile and apparel manufacturing industries were being utterly decimated due to their own efforts? Swapping votes for cover, pulling any subterfuge, Democrat or Republican, to pull it off, whether it was Most Favored Nation status for China, NAFTA, CAFTA, on and on.

What a bunch of craven posers.

There’s not a thing wrong with the design of them, either. It's classic and restrained. It's navy blue and white with red accents, if that is some sort of problem then quite a few military dress uniforms are as well.

The Polo Pony is large, yes. However, if you've been in any department store in the past several years, you might have noticed that that logo is popular much larger than that. You want Ralph Lauren to design these uniforms, then be willing to follow form with current Ralph Lauren design cues and branding. Why would you want to hide it? It's a quintessentially American brand.

This is grandstanding for a highly contentious, politically charged election year, purely and simply. Outsourcing is being tailored into a Democrat issue, as if they weren't going right along with it and even leading the way in many instances.

The uniforms look fine. They will represent our country well in the Olympics. Do I hate that they were made in China? Yes. It's reality, though, a political reality brought about by the same dimwits and money-grubbers who are fanning the flames now. Want to be angry about it? Be angry at the politicians, not Ralph Lauren.

I don’t get the objections except perhaps for the shameless polo logo. At least they don’t look like Wyoming sheep herders like we did in 1984, the 2000 pimp look, the 1998 state trooper look alike winners, or worse...the orange pants in 1972.

Meanwhile, the jackass in the Senate seems willing to handover our sovereignty to the likes of Iran, China, Cuba, etc.

Faux, delusional outrage from Congress. Scumbags.

The designer logo constitutes a very crass commercial injection into what is supposed to be, after all, the premier event of AMATEUR sports.

It’s the American team - it’s NOT the Ralph Lauren team.

The beanies are a joke; so stupid looking they’re grotesque.

And the fact they’re made in China is the frosting on an extremely unpleasant cake.

This should never have happened; who’s in charge of this ghastly mess, and hasn’t there been any supervision???
