Bush was a RINO and the vast majority of his administration were RINOs, and that certainly includes the pro-abort, homo-marriage-friendly Rice. She was also a terrible Secretary of State. Ask Donald Rumsfeld about her.

That would surely be a case of cutting off the nose to spite the face. Surely Romney + anyone is enough better then Obama to be worth voting, isn’t it? How could the choice of VP swing the decision to not vote?
