BTW- -31F is -35C. The two intersect at -40.
-35C is cold. What is worse is when the windshield fluid rated to -40 freezes up (windchill). I usually have some -50 (-68F)for the cold parts of the winter.
Now she could probably convince me to endure -35C winters but otherwise...once in my life is enough.
