Thank you John Roberts? Obamacare and the individual mandate were upheld. Government can force you to do or buy anything thru the taxing power. An important legal precedent has been set. Roberts should resign.

Elections are transitory and temporal. Legal precedents are much more permanent and long term. Roberts has undermined our individual liberties as guaranteed in the Constitution.

Exactly. On top of all that it was not Roberts’ job to play politics, it was his job to uphold the Constitution which he absolutely failed to do.
