No. The absolute last thing in the world that we need is for Romney to be perceived as being the delayed third Bush term.
YES!
What’s the question?
YES!
What’s the question?
Bringing in Condi would make it Obama vs Bush again......does the GOP really want to go there?
Whatever... its gonna be a RINO/RINO ticket whoever he picks
Would like to know alot more about her views on conservative values
Yes, she knows foreign policy and Willard is ignorant in that area.
Allen West !!!
Why not choose Condi? Nothing changes, and she has no influence once elected other than an odd vote here or there.
In a word, no, no and no.
I don’t think it will happen. I saw Condi on TV recently saying she was not interested. Political campaigning is not her thing. I don’t think she’d mind being SoS again though.
Got to say that a lot of people on FR will work to destroy whoever the GOP selects and thereby insure an 0bama victory.
No, she’s pro-abortion and pro-Arab spring.
I’m not convinced that such a ticket would be seen by the average “independent” as Bush’s third term.I think most of them would have a fair amount of respect for her. You’ve gotta give her credit for one thing....she hasn’t written a “tell all” book as some have. That suggests loyalty and class to me.
My reaction is: Do anything that helps defeat Obama.
Having a woman and black on the ticket may be appealing to the “independents” who don’t really think much beyond appearances.
Condi is smart and appealing and has experience as SoS.
If Hillary is the surprise VP with Odumbo, then Condi would be a nice foil.
The VP can’t do much harm to the administration and may help win some votes. We conservatives at this point just want the Loser out.
Will Condi remind people of the Bush years? Maybe, but I wonder if the Bush years are looking better with the results of disastrous Obama policies taking hold.
If Obama starts war with Iran in October, attacking Rom as the third term of “warmonger Bush” may ring hollow.
But, this guy argues against it: Anyone But Condi http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304050304577375851104232184.html
Agreed and voted likewise!
Bingo! As much as I like Condi, and I do, she’s too close to Bush and thus the establishment wing of the Republican Party. No. If Mitt gets elected, I am sure there is a cabinet post with her name on it, but not VP. Not this election, anyhow.
Allen West or Newt or Alan Keyes
Paul Ryan would be excellent too but we need him more where he’s at right now.
