Either Barack Obama lied his whole life about having a Kenyan father, or he told the truth and therefore is is not a natural born citizen, but a usurper of the office of president. Either Barack Obama lied for 17 years about being born in Kenya, or he's a usurper not eligible for the office of President. Either Barack Obama lied to Congress about having nothing to do with Fast and Furious, or claimed executive privilege about Fast and Furious on false grounds. In any case, he could be a felon.

I do believe that it is a felony offense to lie about one's country of origin on a student loan application.
