ObamaCare/RomneyCare. Mandated compulsory health insurance. Penalties (or taxes) for noncompliance. Death panels. Taxpayer funded/subsidized abortion. Government coercion. Force. Culture of Death. Abortion. Planned Parenthood. Euthanasia. Organ harvesting. Embryonic stem cell research. Tyranny against religious institutions/hospitals who refuse to go along. Culture of disease and pestilence. Gay rights. Gays in the military. Gays in the scouts. Gay marriage. Gay adoption. Sodomy training in grade school. NAMBLA. "Hate" crimes for those resisting and speaking out. Our Christian bible a hate book. Preachers as criminals. Socialism. Statism. Big government. Big spending. Big borrowing. Big taxing. Big deficits. Crony capitalism. Subsidies. Government choosing winners and losers. TARP. Bailouts. Takeovers. Porkulus. Open checkbook. Endless debt limit increases. Gun control. Global warming. Open borders. Shamnesty. Judicial activism. Flexible/adjustable, living Constitution. Government "solutions." Unlimited government power. Curtailed individual freedom.

Things that Obama and the left and the mainstream media and the establishment GOP-e RINOs, including Romney, all seem to agree on. It's just a matter of degree. And they are the reasons why the pro-Life and Liberty conservative FR exists!! Life and Liberty are worth defending!! Our constitution is worth defending!! Our freedom is worth defending!! Our Republic is worth defending!!

We desperately need the 2010 tea party sweeps to continue in 2012 and beyond!! We need to increase the conservative majority in the house, take the majority in the senate and continue sweeping conservatives into as many state and local offices as we possibly can all across this great land!! No matter who wins the presidency, we're going to need the states and the people and FR to hold their feet to the fire!!

Block the feds!! Demand our states reassert their tenth amendment rights and powers and push the feds the hell OUT of our state and local business!! And it's way past time to impeach/recall/expel the corrupt usurping bastards at all levels of government including any corrupt constitution trampling judges and justices!! With conservative majorities in the congress and state legislatures, we can get it done and get our government back under OUR control!!

We the people are the sovereigns!! We the people formed our sovereign states and then established the federal government and granted it certain enumerated and severely restricted powers, reserving all other rights and powers to our states and ourselves. We do not grant our consent to usurping tyrannical central government!!

And YES we CAN do it overnight and in ONE election cycle. Damn the naysayers and nattering nabobs of negativity who say otherwise!! Full steam ahead!!

I believe in Reagan's strategy against statism: We win, they lose!!

I can see November from my house!! Vote straight conservative!! It's all about turnout so get your entire family, your friends, neighbors and co-workers to vote straight conservative!! No pussyfooting around. Just round 'em up and turn 'em OUT!!

Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God!!

We are the resistance!!

Put in a big supply of STATIST-B-GONE and vote 'em OUT!!

And please keep those donations coming in folks. No matter who gets elected, we're going to need FR now more than ever!!

Thank you all very much for your continuing support!!

No, I just think of raw, skinless chicken when the temptation is too strong. :)

"Alabama is a state located in the southeastern region of the United States. It is bordered by Tennessee to the north, Georgia to the east, Florida and the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Mississippi to the west. Alabama is the 30th-most extensive and the 23rd-most populous of the 50 United States. Alabama ranks second in the area of its inland waterways...

Following World War II, Alabama experienced growth as the economy of the state transitioned from agriculture to diversified interests in heavy manufacturing, mineral extraction, education, and technology. In addition, the establishment or expansion of multiple military installations, primarily those of the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, added to state jobs."

Reminds me of the Cape Cod Canal. I just heard on local news that sharks are navigating it, too.

That’s beautiful. I’ve always been intrigued by the thought of sailing, but it’s taxing. Still, is there anything quite so romantic?

The people who built the car:

Erdmann & Rossi

The coachbuilding company ‘Karosserie Erdmann & Rossi’ dates back from 1906, when Eduard Rossi joined Willy Erdmann’s company, which he’d found in 1898. Willy Erdmann had been building horse drawn carriages since 1898, but when car-salesman Eduard Rossi joined the company in 1906, they started to offer coachworks for cars as well.

Rossi died in 1909 in a traffic accident and Erdmann decided to leave the company. The main administrator Friedrich Peters took over the firm.

The company survived World War One by manufacturing utility vehicles and focussing on body repair. After WW1 Erdmann & Rossi specialized in designing and building bodies for luxury German and foreign automobiles, like Mercedes, Horch, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. The company also became the exclusive distributor of Rolls-Royce and Bentley motorcars in Germany.

During the 1920s and 1930s, many famous one-off designs were delivered to several Royal Household members, like for instance Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands and King Ghazi of Iraq. About 200 craftsmen manufactured 2 to 3 bodies in one week.

In 1933 the company took over the coachbuilding company Jos. Neuss in Berlin-Halensee. Friedrich Peters died in 1937 and his brother Richard Peters took over. The very last Erdmann & Rossi body was built in 1949 on the chassis of a Maybach SW 42. Since then the company only focusses on body repair.

One of the most spectacular cars I’ve ever seen in person is a ‘39 Mercedes 540K, but it isn’t the work of art the 500K Streamline is!
