Thanks.. I was just trying to make the point that a paper degree isn`t for everyone if they`re not into filling squares for a degree. Some may be ready for trade skills training of some kind.
Wow. I find myself agreeing with Joe.
The world is not Lake Woebegone. Some children need to be left behind so that the best and brightest can really shine.
How smart would it be to learn a trade skill and earn your own way through college? And not have a load of school loans to pay off when you get your degree?
I cannot believe that Biden used the word ‘educable’. Any educator knows that ‘educable’ means having an IQ in the range of 50-70. Biden said this about the audience’s children, and they cheered him?

I mean...is Joe suggesting black children might have different capabilities than any other children?
With all the gaffes he makes, can you imagine how the media would treat Biden if he was not a Democrat? The treatment they gave Dan Quayle and Sarah Palin would dwarf in comparison.

When you meet a government teacher or principal, please remember that this person is a LIAR. If they weren't they would have been fired within their first year of teaching.
Illiterate and innumerate high school graduates liter the American landscape. Everyone of these former students, their parents, and the taxpayers were LIED to by their teachers and principals.
Personally....All of these teachers and principals should be prosecuted for criminal fraud on a massive scale because it costs up to a quarter of a million of PUBLIC money to house these kids in prison-like institutions ( under the threat of police action) for 13 or more years and the teachers and principals LIED about what these kids were doing.
Also...Each of these teachers and principals should be sued personally by the parents, the former student, and the taxpayers in a class action suit. Gee! If a physician **deliberately** withheld critical information about a life threatening cancer a lawsuit would almost certainly be forthcoming.
There are those of us who believe that the degree that children are educable is limitless. It only depends on the limits of the teacher.
Biden’s utterances should be preceded by “Upchuck Alert”.
