Cleaning up after a murder is not in the same category of evil as committing the murder. It is arguably not evil at all.
I've noticed this in discussions about pro-life issues. People often focus on stem-cell issues and other ways the dead body is handled. While I'm definitely not in favor of misusing the bodies, this is very definitely a secondary issue, and more one of decorum and decency than actual evil.
The evil is the murder, not how the corpse is handled.
