Well, this fool was more than likely mesmersized by the ‘scantily clad maidens in his presence’.
While I can see him giving his wheels to one of the “SCM’s”, giving it to ‘complete strangers’ is quite idiotic.
One must wonder how long this ‘couple’ worked the fool and how much it cost him to be relieved of his car.

Further proof that the tests to allow one on the road definitely are not stringent enough, at least we may have removed another texting fool (he definitely fits the profile) from the highways and byways.
