Hidden Government Scanners Will Instantly Know Everything About You From 164 Feet Away
Within the next year or two, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will instantly know everything about your body, clothes, and luggage with a new laser-based molecular scanner fired from 164 feet (50 meters) away. From traces of drugs or gun powder on your clothes to what you had for breakfast to the adrenaline level in your bodyagents will be able to get any information they want without even touching you.
And without you knowing it. The technology is so incredibly effective that, in November 2011, its inventors were subcontracted by In-Q-Tel to work with the US Department of Homeland Security. In-Q-Tel is a company founded "in February 1999 by a group of private citizens at the request of the Director of the CIA and with the support of the U.S. Congress." According to In-Q-Tel, they are the bridge between the Agency and new technology companies.
Their plan is to install this molecular-level scanning in airports and border crossings all across the United States. The official, stated goal of this arrangement is to be able to quickly identify explosives, dangerous chemicals, or bioweapons at a distance.
The machine is ten million times fasterand one million times more sensitivethan any currently available system. That means that it can be used systematically on everyone passing through airport security, not just suspect or randomly sampled people.

Judging by some of the comments, the detector should be set up so it can easily attach to a tinfoil hat.
will this be like the puffer machines?
seriously, who is lobbying for this?
Genia Photonics Inc., a high technology company specializing in fiber-laser based systems, announced today a strategic partnership and technology development agreement with In-Q-Tel.

Are you sure about that? This isn’t imaging, it’s spectroscopy - all they’re looking for is a spectrum signature that a chemical gives off when it’s subjected to terahertz rediation. Conceptually, it’s very easy, and has been done for decades. I’m pretty sure the computing power we have today can handle applications like this in a product that size.
What do you think I’m missing?
Yes I am sure about that. I have worked on back scatter applications for a long time. You are talking about long distance and getting a distinguishable signal in return. Noise is the killer. Yes it has been done for a long time. But they are trying for a remote unit that is not laboratory sized. It is NOT about computing power... it is the fundamentals
As yoi have expertise in back scatter apps, is it possible you can guide us to a face slapping app for use on our elected officials?
Anything that will enhance the effect of slapping them down in an election booth would be greatly appreciated.
;-)
I like your thinking. Unfortunately, the app may still be in development. perhaps it will release this november.... ;)
Yup, sumpin like that ......... pretty spooky, at least to me.
Cops, local “Building & Safety” storm troopers masquerading as “Code Enforcement Officers”, and any other gubmint goon active in maintaining the “general welfare”
Did you see the recent item about the CE goon who strolled right into a sleeping woman’s bedroom in order to serve a notice for “front yard grass to high”?
yep.
An old lady just a few blocks away from my business property told me a city code clown has been harassing her for months trying to get permission to enter her house to check for “living standards”. Once time he even showed up with a city cop to try intimidating her into letting them enter. She didn’t even answer the door...just let them stand there till they got tired of standing there and then they left.
They have been trying very hard to condemn as many houses as possible to make it easier to build condos. The mayor has his fingers into the company that is building condos in the area. They’re all crooks as far as I’m concerned.
Some day they won’t need permission or even to look around inside. They will have scanners to see through the walls and will make their judgement from a thousand feet in the air. The EPA has already started doing this to farmers for environmental concerns.
That day is ALREADY Here, my friend. google the following:
“mobile scanners” “homeland security”.
They already have operational mobile versions of the airport porn scanners and mobile x-ray units roaming around.
They’ve been using mobile thermal scanners for years for the supposed purpose of finding abnormally warm residences that may be involved in the pot growing industry. Thank the “War” on drugs for that one and the “War” on terror for the other two.
