Mr. Robinson, this is your sandbox, you’re free to do what you like, I think everyone understands that. Having said that, like another poster, I’m not a butt kisser either, I read everything here to hopefully become more informed. I’m not going to praise people who I think are making a horrible mistake for the future of this country by refusing to vote in the presidential election this November, or voting for a third party candidate. If you choose to “zot” me, it’s your sandbox.

I’m voting for Mitt Romney.

Rush made a really good point today. The complaining about Mitt Romney is akin to complaining that the Steelers won the 1979 Super Bowl. What are you going to do about it? I don’t see any type of plan from anyone, other than temper tantrums, and frankly, during the primaries, this place turned into a total circular firing squad. Each conservative wasn’t “pure” enough for the others and people were attacked relentlessly. It was ugly. I have to ask why all of the people who don’t want Mitt Romney didn’t work for *their* candidate? There’s not going to be any type of brokered convention, the ultimate conservative (who would that be, anyhow) isn’t going to drop in to save the day. Mitt Romney has the nomination.

I’ve had my say. I enjoy reading everything here and occasionally posting, but if you feel that needs to end so be it. I’m still voting for Mitt Romney.

Mind waiting a few weeks longer before putting your prediction in the history books?

A correction in your thinking is required ~ there were 16 declared candidates prepared to run in various primaries for the nomination.

Only 3 of them were lifelong Conservative Republicans.

The other 13, one of whom seems to be the presumptive nominee, were NOT lifelong Conservative Republicans.

Let me put this to you gently ~ the OUTSIDERS ganged up on the straight arrows and bullied them out of the campaign.

The lesson is clear ~ NEXT TIME we need to load the field with dozens of lifelong Conservative Republicans ~ don't let a single one of these babykilling progressive commie types have a clear shot at being alone in a primary, or paired with a nutcase.

Well, we’ve all got to vote our conscience, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to vote FOR a known abortionist/homosexualist, big government socialist healthcare pushing, liberal judge appointing, gungrabbing, keynesian progressive statist and to hell with the progressive statist party that tries to foist him on us. GOP RIP.

Okay if no one has given you the plan, I will. The plan is to ride the ongoing backlash against Obama's failed Presidency to record Republican majorities in Congress and at the state level and to nominate and elect a conservative like Scott Walker in 2016. That is the only plan where the country moves to the right in the next five years.
