Sadly, people will think that it means something.

I remember there was a time when, instead of saying "250 times less than last year's revenue", we said "0.4% of last years revenue" or "Last year was 250 times more than this year". When did this "X times less" stuff come in?

Jackwads. (Not you guys - the folks that pushed this kuhscheisse. I get annoyed by disembodedied statistics, but this junk is a joke. Who in heck would believe anything the government - or the media - says, anymore? But I repeat myself. The government is the media.)
