A Democratic congressional candidate in Arizona is facing questions about why she is mysteriously and falsely being listed as a Hispanic in a prominent Latino groups directory of officeholders.
This could be problematic for the candidate, Kyrsten Sinema, because the National Association of Latino Elected (NALEO) and Appointed Officials claims it verifies the information with the officeholders before going to print.
The revelation that NALEOs 2011 National Directory of Latino Elected Officials lists Sinema, a former Democratic state senator, as a Hispanic first surfaced Monday on the website of the Phoenix New Times.

.
This isnt the only known example of NALEO referring to Sinema as a Hispanic. A PowerPoint used by the group at its 29th Annual Conference in June lists Sinema in the category, Latinos in non-Latino majority districts.

JANET: "I'm getting some TO-NIGHT!.. Heeee-Her!"
Now every democrat running wants to be Indian or Hispanic..
You don’t think they are pandering do ya? /s
accident this is not.
This is the type of vetting that needs to be done of Dem candidates. I bet if they were properly vetted, we’d find these types of lies or worse in the past of many Dem officeholders. Dem officeholders usually are people with sorid pasts who lie to cover it up and then the MSM gives them a free pass.
She’s a bisexual Communist pagan, and everyone’s agonizing about whether or not she’s Hispanic??? Boy, talk about screwed-up priorities! On a side note, HOW do people like these end up in Arizona? Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday would probably have saddled up and headed back East rather than put up with this nonsense;)
I don't see the problem here.
In Arizona, you can't hardly swing a dead cat without hitting a Latino; but a Dutch? Wow!
Just like this guy
” .....But...but.........but...I love Taco Bell and have my whole life. I eat there at least once every couple of months, so just assumed I was Latina. Plus, I speak Spanish so well....like burrito supreme with extra sour cream, chicken baja chulupa, refried beans and mild taco sauce.
NALEO has a serious vetting problem. I guess anyone with a “D” after their name is automatically assumed to be Hispanic if they so claim (I assume that’s their vetting process). A Repub, however, would be “Joe-the-Plumbered”.
This is a bit puzzling, because the story came from a blog on the Phoenix New Times, a horrible left-wing free paper fit only to line the bottom of bird cages.

And Kyrsten Sinema is the most left-wing member of the Arizona Legislature. Whenever the local leftie TV stations want a comment on some Republican law that’s pending, they interview Kyrsten. So you would think that the New Times would try to pin the Latino identification on Republicans in some way. But apparently that worthless rag has something against her:

The only thing I can figure is, just like US Democrats are seen as far right by Europeans, Kyrsten is seen as far right by the fringe left-wingers.
“Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday would probably have saddled up and headed back East rather than put up with this nonsense”
They’d have formed a posse, and either hung or shot them, and moved on to the next ‘problem’ in Tombstone. The ‘Good Ol’ Wild West Days’.
“...anyone with a D after their name is automatically assumed to be Hispanic if they so claim...”
Or they could be 1/32nd Indian with “high cheekbones”.
