Better not have a scratch, stone chip, or a parking lot dent on that car or it will cost you a couple thousand for them to take it back. They will go over that vehicle with a fine tooth comb and they will find something that you will have to pay to have fixed. This is just a gimmick.

This is just a gimmick.
Of course it's a gimmick. A desperate gimmick to get more people to show up at dealers, and hopefully achieve more sales. However, GM was a failing company before the bailout, and afterwards secured a significant percent of the population that will never buy another GM. Now toss in the DOLT and they are toast no matter what they do. Buh bye government motors.
