Here's a US government owned asset ~ it's called a lodge at Grand Canyon. Has a great view. There's always traffic. If the gub'mnt pleads poverty and no cash and doesn't pay me I can go to court and ask for an asset seizure ~ I want about 10 square feet of that lodge for the next 20 years ~ don't even need to give me title, but access to the power system.

I get to sell what I want.

Then, there's an oil lease area ~ a private company is pumping oil, but they pay the gub'mnt a royalty. So, I sez to the judge, "Hey judge, sign me up for the royalties from that there oil well in the picture ~ for 15 years".

One more time, when you have assets they can be converted to pay your debts.

Most of the Western United States need to be sold off and converted to private enterprise.

Kill social security and then we can talk about stuff like this. I think it’s a creative way to solve the problem - but killing social security has to come first.
