Ive been following this incident pretty closely. Z wanted to be able to give a location to the police. He called the 911 dispatcher, who asked if Z were following Trayvon and then told him that we dont need you to do that. At which point Z answered saying OK. The altercation took place on the sidewalk where Zs head was repeatedly slammed into the concrete, suggesting that Z was no longer on the lawn but was on his way back to his truck. Looks like Trayvon approached Z from the rear.
Yes, but he was out of his vehicle.
Not smart.
Confronting the guy was not smart.
By the way, I have done all of these things including confronting people on their own front porch.
And not very politely, to say the least.
Very bad technique.
But with age comes more wisdom.
I was lucky.
Learn from the foolishness of others.
