Melynda J. Price is an associate professor of law at U Kentucky, whose "research focuses on race, gender and citizenship, the politics of punishment and the role of law in the politics of race and ethnicity in the U.S. and at its borders".

No mention as to whether she passed her bar exam before becoming a professor.

There are lots of AA law grads who never passed a race-blind bar exam. Many work for government.
