It's interesting that not only does Barack Obama need continued vetting, but so do his biographers. The culprit is the same: the liberal bias that dutifully protects Obama like white knights guarding the king's castle
**snip**
For the record, Frank Marshall Davis was introduced to Obama by Obama's grandfather, Stanley Dunham. Dunham introduced his grandson to Davis in the 1970s -- by one (authoritative) account as early as 1970. He did so for the purpose of mentoring. And what a mentor he chose: Davis had been a literal card-carrying member of Communist Party USA (CPUSA).
**snip**
The liberal Obama biographers who bother to acknowledge Davis frame him as an innocent victim of McCarthyism. That's nonsense. McCarthy never came anywhere near Davis. No, it was anti-communist Democrats who pursued Davis, at least in part because Davis's chief target was Democratic President Harry Truman, the man opposing Joe Stalin.
**snip**
And this, ladies and gentlemen, was a man who would go on to mentor the current president of the United States of America.

He begins most of his lectures by explaining how communism killed over 200 million people in various countries while attempting to be implemented.
He then says, now that we've seen those results, maybe if we could just try it one more time.........
It was obvious from the beginning that “O” crawled out of some sinking sewer and was hyped and ‘rehabilitated’ under the noses of the MSM.
Speaking of noses...the DNC held theirs when they nominated him!
Yes, this is indeed interesting but it’s also infuriating. How did the author miss “Pop” and its implications in Jack Cashill’s book? That F. M. Davis was a commie (AND a pornographer!) and a mentor of Obama are made perfectly clear in Cashill’s book as is the conjecture that Marshall, not Obama, wrote the not-so-enigmatic “Pop.” What Kengor might have found “interesting” is the fact that posterity has more of this president’s “poetry” on record than his prose! No one who has read Cashill’s book (Deconstructing Obama) can doubt that someone other than BO wrote his autobiography AND his poetry. (And, yes, Davis was also a “poet.”)
Frankly, I’d say forget Marannis and Kengor. Read Cashill.
Further, this author never even mentions in this article that Dreams from my Father was probably written by Bill Ayers, who would have known better than Obama to avoid specific association with Davis.
I’m confused.
How could zer0 only meet his father by being introduced to his father by his grandfather at nine years old???
Enquiring minds need to know!
The New York Times has a history of lying for communists - they even won a 'prize' from the left-leaning Pulitzer group for one Walter Duranty in one of journalism's most disgraceful moments... Hundreds of thousands of lives were lost many at the feet of the New York Times over this issue.
The Washington Post isn't much different - they won't even look at this..
