New York Jews have voted Republican in 5 straight mayoral races in NYC, twice against Jewish Democrats. C'mon, rmlew, calling Bloomberg a "Republican" is quite a stretch, wouldn't you say?

I did try to keep him off the ticket all three times. (I also voted for the opposition in two primaries and for the Conservative Party candidate in all three elections). However, Bloomberg ran on the Republican line and won there.
