“No,” Boehner said. “Listen, we’re just politicians. I wasn’t elected to play God. The American people probably aren’t going to fall in love with Mitt Romney. I’ll tell you this: 95 percent of the people that show up to vote in November are going to show up in that voting booth, and they are going to vote for or against Barack Obama. “Mitt Romney has some friends, relatives and fellow Mormons ... some people that are going to vote for him.

But that’s not what this election is about. This election is going to be a referendum on the president’s failed economic policies.

A golden year was hand fed us by the dems and the elites give us a man we can not stand....and the first time since Regan one I can not even bring myself to vote for. Even our own leaders are telling us we do not need to like him to vote for him...Just ugh.

I read this totally the opposite. What Boehner says here is the humility that all politicians should display. They are not our superiors, we have hired them to play a leadership role in our democratic republic...

THAT is why obama is either even or slightly ahead of mitt... even when compared to obama... the absolute worst president in the entire History of this republic... mitt romney may very well lose.
