Blacks do have rules.I am with them often.American Blacks for the most part do not like African Blacks and have stopped using the term.They do band together and I can't blame them and they do not gossip about each other except in groups.I kinda love them.The African Americans are aggressive and used to fighting for what they want.As a group I don't like them and we fight.
