Yesterday, Kimberlin, accompanied by his associate in legal, digital, psychological, and political terror, Neal Rauhauser, vainly tried to keep the current order in effect. Under that order Aaron Walker was prohibited from writing anything about Brett Kimberlin for six months. The order was stayed last week. It was scheduled for final disposition.

Unlike the judge who issued the original order, the presiding judge actually knew something about the First Amendment. He vacated the order.

Kimberlin is the dude who was telling the Algore about "W"'s MJ use ~

Which doesn't mean "W" used any MJ, but it sure did mean the Algore hung around with convicted mad bombers.

All these Democrat pukes have their personal mad bombers (or rough equivalents). Obama has Ayers, Lurch had a guy from his Swift Boat command (made us all wonder what he really did for Lurch), the Algore has Kimberlin. Bill Clinton ended up pardoning a whole big bunch of Puerto Rican mad bombers, so we have to assume there's some sort of quid pro quo in there for the Hildabeast.

Who let Kimberlin loose?

From the article:
There are people like Rauhuaser and Kimberlin working across the political spectrum. There are progressives, conservatives, liberals, Democrats, and Republicans.
Providing an example or two would have gone a long way in substantiating that particular claim.
