Yes, but they do have a backup plan to keep the federal law regulating all medical treatment in place even if they lose the election. It’s called Romney. It’s also called “repeal and RELACE”.
I know. I'm not thrilled that Romney is going to be President, but at least with him, and hopefully a more Conservative Congress; there's at least a chance for repeal. With Obama there would be no chance.
Sadly that's the hand we've been dealt.
