It happened because DOT says it doesn't lock the boxes on the signs that hold the message control pad. That's handy to know.

In all likelihood, the crew will not have changed it. However if they did, never fear. Hold Control and Shift and while holding, enter DIPY. This will reset the sign and reset the password to DOTS in the process. Youre in!”

I've heard of this shortcoming before, but then, there are Hungarians in my family. They always know.
