Grow up! That was only pillow talk and dictum, and it is so week ... Anything under the sun in the US that we want to regulate/that we don’t like—tax, penalize: whatever!—is covered by the commerce clause.

I live in an area that has more milk farms than neighborhoods. We are overrun with illegals. They operate farm machinery -on the roads- without a license and without insurance.....and it's legal for them to do so! The weekends bring out the drunk illegals driving around and killing locals. If that wasn't enough, the local WalMart is crawling with them and it makes your blood boil standing in line behind them, watching them buy more groceries than you can because they're paying for them with an EBT card.

I lost hope for us a long,long time ago. I'll vote and do the right thing by my Country but I don't know how many people truly realize how far gone we really are.
