Where do you see me giving him a pass?

Go ahead and impeach him. I have no problem with that.

I’m only pointing out the Constitution has no provision for keeping a candidate off the ballot because of misuse of an SS#, or any other alleged crime, for that matter.

If you think about it, having a judge decide whether a candidate is eligible based on criminal allegations is a really bad idea.

What’s to keep a female from popping up to claim that Romney or Gingrich raped her two years ago? Presto, they’re no longer eligible.

The Constitution provides for impeaching the President for crimes and misdemeanors.

That's why the won's fraudulent SSN matters; The Discovery process.

The courts can decide that the SSN has no bearing on his eligibility, but at least it opens him up to criminal charges, based on the evidence, upon which the Congress can then act.

Why would a Conservative be against this?
