Oh great, just what we need. Yet another conservative third party to help split the vote up.

Which Conservative are you voting for? Right now the liberal vote is split between mitt and obie, so tell me which Conservative you think we should rally behind? I will gladly pull the lever for the best Conservative.

I plan on voting for Virgil Goode of the Constitution party.

I looked briefly at Tom Hoefling of the America's party. And his platform looks okay, but I don't see where Tom has ever run for anything or won an election. And he also doesn't physically look very presidential to me, perhaps its the yellow teeth.

Neither party platform is perfect.

The Constitution party platform calls for a gold standard, a ridiculously backward and stupid idea. Fortunately Goode hasn't seem to adopted that as his own.

The America's party wants to repeal the income tax. Another ridiculous idea that would leave governmental revenues completely dependent on the whims of consumer psychology.

The Constitution party has been around since 1991. The America's party was founded by Alan keyes in 2004 after he lost the Republican primary and wanted to run as an independent and decided he couldn't ally with the Constitution party.

In 2008, Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution party got 0.15% of the vote, while Alan Keyes of the America's party got 0.04% of the vote.
