we need to make it clear to congress - that is we deliver the house and senate to the gop - boehner and mcconnel need to sit down and shut up - they cannot be elected to leadership again - and we want them to office 20 miles away in a warehouse with no hvac or phones
The House alone can defund nothing. Throw in the Senate of no budget for years and the farce of Baseline budgeting and there is little hope to defund it in pieces. Sadly, the House, Senate, and Executive must concur to abolish it as well.
