These are the dizzying pictures of Dubai taken from on top of the tallest skyscrapers in the world by a daredevil Russian teenager.
Student Marat Dupri has made it it his mission to scale the highest buildings he can find before dangling precariously over their edges to take his extraordinary shots.
The fearless 19-year-old, who only bought his first camera just two years ago, started by sneaking past guards and climbing on to the roofs of Moscow landmarks, before setting his sights even higher - on Dubai's towering structures.
Sky walking: Dubai's extravagant hotels lie far below the photographer, surrounded by wide expanses of desert

We can thank our elected representatives for not allowing US to drill our own oil to pay for it!

I thought this was the world's tallest building:
So what building is he taking the pics from?
Too bad the world's tallest building isn't in NYC. I wonder if UAE has to worry about terrorists hijacking planes. I'm sure in the terrorist's eyes, Dubai is as guilty as the great satan since they have adopted some Western ways.

Okay, that made me want to vomit. I could only watch a few seconds.

Piles of rock stand a long time. I give these buildings 100 years at best. I wonder how far down they had to go to find bedrock.

I believe the Petronas towers are built hanging off the edge of an underground cliff. One tower built on a shallow granite bedrock and the other built on sand.

Remember: Dubai built all these luxury buildings and forgot one small, vital thing — solid and liquid waste disposal and treatment.
So the folks in Dubai load it in tank trucks to dump it in the desert. The convoys stretch for miles and the traffic jams are for days before the drivers can dump their loads and go back for another.
Arabs are such rocket scientists — NOT.

Look at the edge (uppermost right corner) of the picture...You can almost see the turn of the earth....
The persons who are working on the upper-most Girders can see the "CURVE OF THE EARTH" The Highest Human Position In The World Do you know who holds the highest position in the world? President Barack Obama? Nope. Pope Benedict? Nope. The Dalai Lama? Nope. Do you want to see WHO that person is ? Until now....
Babu Sassi, a fearless young man from southern India , is the cult hero of Dubai 's army of construction workers. Known as the "Indian on top of the world", Babu is the crane operator at the world's tallest building, the 819-meter Burj Dubai. His office, the cramped crane cab perched on top of the Burj, is also his home. It takes too long to come down to the ground each day to make it worthwhile - although, when the building is completed, its elevators will be the world's fastest. Stories about his daily brush with death are discussed in revered terms by Dubai 's workers. Some say he has been up there for more than a year, others whisper that he's paid 30,000 dirhams ($8,168) a month compared with the average wage of 800 dirhams a month. But everyone agrees, he's worth it - because nobody else would have the courage to do the job!

“Because of the long queues and delays, some tanker drivers resort to illegally dumping the effluent into storm drains or behind dunes in the desert. The result of sewage dumped into storm drains is that it flows directly into sea of the Persian Gulf, near to the city’s prime swimming beaches. Doctors have warned that tourists using the beaches run the risk of contracting serious illnesses like typhoid and hepatitis.”
