You don't understand. Nobody is attacking her service. They are attacking her phony “if you don't support me you hate veterans” narrative. She is playing the victim and demanding people vote for her for a job she is not qualified for simply because she is a veteran.
When the VFW endorsed her opponent her campaign had a hissy fit claiming they were ashamed the VFW didn't support veterans. They called it a “slap in the face”.
Her entire campaign is about nothing but support me because a lost my legs flying a helicopter that was shot down.
Her father was a general. She is a female. She probably received special promotions and assignments she was not entitled to or qualified for.
I honor every veteran's service to our country, including Miss Duckworth’s. But that doesn't mean I support them if they brag about themselves, demand our pity and demand that they be given jobs they are not qualified for just because they were veterans.
