Will those waivers stand up in court?

I believe the waivers, as given now, are unconstitutional because of the 14th amendment. However, if the waivers are applied equally, then they would be.

I'm about as pissed off as I can possibly be about the fact that 0bama's 1,200 ILLEGAL waivers go unchallenged.. WTF is going on here? How can he unilaterally determine who complies with the 0bamacare tax and who doesn't?

Here is the list of companies that 0bama has EXEMPTED from 0bamacareTAX.. Most all are UNION agencies or companies:

THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND, AND IF IT DOES STAND THEN I SEE 50 MORE WAIVERS UNDER ROMNEY.. ONE FOR EACH STATE!
